How glasses work.

The light emitted or reflected by the external object itself passes through the humor and crystal of the eye. The vitreous body is imaged on the visual net after adjustment. The visual cells on the retina produce nerve impulses which are transmitted to the visual center. Vision is produced, and people can see the object clearly at this time.

myopia:

In a completely unregulated state. The lens is completely relaxed. The light at infinity enters the eye and focuses in front of the retina. As a result, distant objects cannot be seen clearly.

Hyperopia:

With no accommodation in the distance, light at infinity enters the eye and focuses behind the retina.

The main causes of adolescent myopia:

The so-called nearsightedness is a kind of refractive state in which the objects that you see are clearer, and the objects that are far away are blurry. Optometry said; when the adjustment of the eye is at rest. Parallel rays are imaged in front of the retina after being flexed by the eye. This refractive property is called myopia.

In addition to genetic factors, the myopia of adolescents is mostly due to lack of physical exercise. Eating picky eaters, nutritional insufficiency; in addition, lack of scientific knowledge of eye use, reading at close range for a long time, and using eyes, leading to long-term tension and fatigue of the eyes. Eventually form myopia.

Computers will also be one of the important reasons for myopia in the future.

For students, insufficient lighting during homework, poor reading and writing habits, etc. All force students to take the books in; and looking close will inevitably cause a series of close reflections.

Including adjustment, convergence and miosis, the near reflex caused by long-term viewing causes changes in the structure of the eyeball wall and the increase in intraocular pressure, which promotes the lengthening of the eye axis, resulting in axial myopia.
